From the beginnings in 1999 as a small “Practica” up to becoming one of the longest-lived milongas in Italy: the SALON CALDIN in Fiesole

After many years of activity, what was called the ‘Milonga delle Caldine‘, in 2012 after an important and exceptional renovation by a group of passionate friends, our Milonga became the ‘Sàlon Càldin‘.

Today we can enjoy a unique place that not only respects the functional qualities of the perfect milonga (wooden floor, lights, phonic, furniture), but concretely represents the love and passion of the people who in recent years have taken care of our “casa milonguera“.

It is impossible to remember all those who have visited and enriched with their contribution the atmosphere “portena”  of the Salon: we had with us historical characters of tango such as Tete Rusconi, Pupi Castello, Miguel Angel Zotto, Javier Rodriguez and Geraldine Rojas, Milena Plebs, Felix Picherna, Noelia Hurtado, Ariadna Naveira & Fernando Sanchez,  and many others; we have hosted hundreds of enthusiasts from all over Italy and the world.

Another symbolic place of the activities of the Tango Club Firenze by Patricia and Matteo is this fascinating theatrical space Teatro Affratellamento with perfect wooden floor and sound and light technique. Here we will welcome you for the last event of the Florence Tango Days for a special afternoon-milonga with two Djs and finger food.
